Our 3rd floor event space is available to rent by the day, with flexible options depending on the day and time of your event. All rentals include dedicated time for setup and cleanup.
Weekday daytime (Mon–Fri): starting at $125
Weekday evening (Mon–Thurs): starting at $250
Friday evenings: $500
Saturdays: $600
Sundays: $400
We’ll work with you to customize your rental based on your event needs and timing.

Deposit to Reserve:
50% of the total event fee is required to reserve the space.Refund and Cancellation Policy:
10% of the total event fee is non-refundable, even if the event is canceled far in advance.
If canceled within 60 days of the event date, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Final Payment:
All fees and deposits must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event.Payment Plans:
If needed, a payment plan can be arranged and must be included in the signed room rental agreement.
