Hanover Creative Gallery is a contemporary exhibition space, artist hub, and community learning haven, dedicated to increasing art exposure and strengthening the bond between artists, at need groups, and everyone else.
Exhibit curation, overseen by Áine Mickey, emphasizes highly conceptual exhibitions, presenting works by advanced, mid-career, and emerging artists. This approach aims to cultivate collections that are universally accessible while concurrently advancing creative inquiry and intellectual discourse. HCG's programming is focused on providing art experiences to groups in need and supporting the surrounding community through offerings such as professional development, artist-led workshops, and venues for performance and language-based creative exploration.
HCG is scheduled to officially launch in March 2026 with its inaugural exhibition, Fiber Politic.

Meet Our Curator
Áine Mickey is a contemporary curator and arts administrator with over a decade of experience developing complex curatorial projects and community-centered initiatives. Holding a BS in Economics, Mickey applies a data-informed and strategic approach to arts administration, planning, and community growth. Dedicated to strengthening the communities she serves, Mickey works to position artists as competitive participants in the broader arts landscape. Through invitational and open call exhibits, workshops, and professional development initiatives, she challenges and supports artists in expanding both their creative and professional practices.
