Event Rental Packages

• 3rd Floor Event Space Rental: $950
  Includes access to the event space, available tables/chairs, basic furniture pre-placement based on agreed event needs, and dedicated setup/cleanup time.
  
  

• 1st Floor Gallery Cocktail Hour Add-On: + $250
  Add use of the first-floor gallery for pre-event mingling or a cocktail reception.

• Please note that the building has limited accessibility, including stairs at entry. We’re happy to discuss access considerations and answer any questions.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit to Reserve:
  A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.

• Security Deposit:
  A refundable $250 security/cleaning deposit may apply depending on event format.

• Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • 10% of the total event fee is non-refundable once booked.

  • If the event is canceled within 60 days of the event date, the full deposit is non-refundable.

• Final Payment:
  Remaining balances must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event.

• Payment Plans
  Payment plans may be available if arranged in advance and included in the signed rental agreement.

• Policies subject to event type
  Terms may vary depending on event format and rental scope.
