Our first-floor gallery is available for exhibitions, pop-ups, and short-term activations. Rates vary based on duration and type of use.
Weekly Pop-Up: $1,000/week
Monthly Pop-Up: $2,500/month
We’ll work with you to customize your rental based on your creative vision, schedule, and space needs.
Deposit to Reserve:
50% of the total event fee is required to reserve the space.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
10% of the total event fee is non-refundable, even if the event is canceled far in advance.
If canceled within 60 days of the event date, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Final Payment:
All fees and deposits must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event.
Payment Plans:
If needed, a payment plan can be arranged and must be included in the signed room rental agreement.
