Yoga at HCG

Join HCG on the 4th Thursday of each month to find your center with beginner friendly yoga classes! Lead by Trenton's own Nicole Yull, the dedicated instructor behind the beloved Cadwalader Park Free Yoga initiative.

Nicole brings her expertise and passion for accessible wellness to the HCG, offering a supportive and welcoming space for all skill levels.

Details:

A $10 suggested donation is requested to support the instructor and HCG's programming. Your generosity helps us continue to bring unique community events like this to life.

What to Bring:

- A yoga or exercise mat

- Water or a reusable water bottle

- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
